For 2010 we are please to introduce 2 coaches that will be working with the team.
David Lavine, as a Sony employee, is our resident coach. David is a USAT Level 1 certified coach.
Simon Gowen is a triathlon coach, speaker and licensed executive coach. He teaches programs on mental preparation for training and racing and weight loss for athletes. Simon is a competitive age grouper who won a silver medal in his age division at the ITU World Championships in Vancouver 2008 and was first overall at the Strawberry Fields Sprint Triathlon in 2009 at age 41.
